This is how it seems....
Every night, in Kuala Lumpur... except for festivals and seasonal holidays.

Everyone will 'balik kampung' or go for a 'cuti-cuti Malaysia' and the city will be empty with lots of wasted electricity lights that's turned on...

Sigh... 😝
